1. Start iMPACT 10.1
2. Cancel the "iMPACT Project" window

       [PROM file name: XXXXXXXX] (output file name)
       [Location] (output file path)

       [I am using a Xilinx PROM in a parrell mode and the data bus width for my FPGA is]
